Military Appreciation Packages (2004-2010)
The 2004-2010 Military Appreciation Packages were created to support the efforts of our men and women in uniform throughout Hawaii. These pieces of legislation strived to address some of the many challenges facing military personnel and their families.
The Military Appreciation Packages have been coordinated through the years by the office of Rep. K. Mark Takai. Senator Norman Sakamoto has been instrumental and supportive of this effort by introducing measures and being one of the main proponents in the Senate.
